17.0% → 27.7%. The organization heading, the sparkline and the burn maths are ordinary functions with ordinary tests, unlike the menu callbacks that make up the rest of the package.

The README said "17%" in prose, which is the kind of number that goes stale the moment it is written down — it now says what the ratchet is for instead, and names both figures as an example of it turning the right way. The status table catches up too: the sparkline and the grouping have landed, so they move out of the "waits on" column.

Gate green on merged main before and after: hack/coverage.sh exits 0.

17.0% to 27.7%: the organization heading, the sparkline and the burn maths
are ordinary functions with ordinary tests, unlike the menu callbacks that
make up the rest of the package. The README said 17% in prose, which is the
kind of number that goes stale the moment it is written down — it now says
what the ratchet is for instead, and the status table catches up with the
sparkline and grouping having landed.
