Picks up bundle_uploads/bundle_uploads/confirm, /deployments/{id}/endpoints, and the applications/organizations slug filters (Grey.ooo/Someones.Computer#1439), plus catches up on Application.poolDomain/poolLabel and ServiceInstance.inFlightSince/inFlightStale from prior merges (#1430), and User dropping its memberships field (a circular-reference fix, #1431).
