Removes the .trunk/ directory and the trunk workflows. Trunk is no longer used for linting.

Remove trunk.io ... dd9f4c09d9

Drops the .trunk/ config directory and the trunk.{cache,check,upgrade}
workflows. Trunk is no longer used for linting in this organisation.
