Wires this repo into the sc-pr-environment Action
(git.grey.ooo/Grey.ooo/someones.computer_pr-environment-action): sc deploy
on open/push, sc stop on close, deployment named pr-<number>.

Production endpoint (no --staging), using an SC_TOKEN repo secret.
